When Treatment Ends, the Rules Change is a self-paced, educational course for life after cancer — focused on understanding how hormones, neurodivergence, and reduced capacity can shift the way your body and brain work post-treatment.
This course explains why coping strategies stop working, why energy and focus feel different, and why “getting back to normal” often isn’t realistic — without asking you to process emotions, reframe the experience, or fix anything.
It’s designed to reduce self-blame, offer language for what changed, and help you trust your body again — one clear explanation at a time.
