Since every item in our shop is made-to-order just for you, we can’t accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, pick the wrong size, or decide neon green wasn’t your color after all. (We promise—we include size charts and details to help you choose wisely!)
But—we’re not monsters. If your order shows up damaged, defective, misprinted, or looking like it took a wrong turn on its way through the printer, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Just send us your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
